Ms. Davis' 2nd grade students went on a field trip today to the Archdale Senior Center to meet their special pen pal friends in person! They had a wonderful time meeting their senior pen pals, doing activities, having a snack, and playing games! Thank you Communities in Schools for sponsoring this program!

4th grade completed a writing project after finishing our spring semester novel study on The Wild Robot. Students reflected on different quotes within the novel and related them back to their personal life. They also drew some fantastic pieces of art of the characters within our novel! 📚
