🏅 Going for Gold at John Lawrence Elementary! 🏆 The Olympic spirit has taken over JLE! Our students are turning the Winter Games into incredible learning opportunities across every grade level. Here are the highlights: • 3rd Grade Data Experts: Each morning, our 3rd graders are tracking medal counts for #TeamUSA and their assigned countries. They’re building real-world graphing skills and will be analyzing their data to wrap up the games next week! 📊🇺🇸 • Math-lete Ski Slopes: Students hit the "slopes" today, racing through math challenges to prep for upcoming Check-Ins. We awarded medals for speed, sportsmanship, and skill improvement! 🎿🔢 • First Grade Fun: Our 1st graders have been busy with a variety of Olympic-themed activities, bringing high energy to their learning! 🥇✨ • Olympic Art: Creativity is at an all-time high as students craft their own Olympic rings and torches! 🎨🔥 We are so proud of the hard work and sportsmanship our "JLE Champions" are showing every day. 🐾

At last night's Board of Education meeting, the following changes were made to the calendar for the 2025-2026 school year:

Hi families!! ❤️ PTO is doing a Domino's Pizza Fundraiser starting TODAY through February 23rd! 📌 How it works: • Fundraiser runs now–Feb. 23rd• Cards are $20 each • Cards can be used through 12/31/26 🗓️ • Card can be used as many times as possible • One use typically pays for the card itself 💸🍕 Example : Buy 10 Large Pizzas -- Get TEN Large Pizzas for FREE!! 📬 Order Forms must be turned in by February 23rd. This is an easy way to enjoy a pizza night while helping support PTO programs, events, and student activities. Thank you for supporting our school!
